What Clients Say
In Their Own Words
"I had been putting off sorting my mother's papers for almost two years after she passed. The sorting session with Estora was quiet and patient — the facilitator didn't rush anything. Within three hours we had a clear picture of what existed and what needed attention. I can't overstate how much lighter I felt afterwards."

"We used the Family Records Programme for my father's household — there were property documents, insurance papers, and business records going back many years. Estora handled everything carefully and gave us a clear written summary at each stage. The referrals to a notary and a financial adviser at the end were exactly what we needed."
Tanin Charoenwong

"I attended the Wishes Recording Workshop on my own — my husband was initially unsure about it. The facilitator was excellent at keeping the session calm and the prompts were thoughtful. My only note is that I'd have welcomed more time at the end to review the summary before taking it home, but overall it was exactly the right experience."
Arunee Srisawat

"As an expat family, we had a mix of UK and Thai documents and weren't sure how to begin organising them in a way that made sense. Estora handled both without any fuss, worked in English throughout, and produced a bilingual summary at the end. Genuinely useful."

"I came in thinking I only needed help with one folder of papers. By the time we finished the initial conversation, it became clear that there was more to cover. Estora were honest about that without making it feel like a sales exercise. We ended up doing two sessions, and I'm glad we did. The price was fair for what was covered."

"My wife and I did the Family Records Programme together. It took four sessions over about six weeks, which was a comfortable pace for us. The facilitator was consistent across all sessions, which made a real difference — she remembered the context and we didn't have to re-explain anything. The written summary is something we now keep updated ourselves."

Detailed Stories
Case Study · Gentle Sorting Session
Managing a Deceased Parent's Documents
The Situation
A client in her 50s had been handling her mother's estate for eighteen months. The paperwork — from two properties, several insurance policies, and old financial accounts — was spread across four boxes with no clear organisation. She needed to understand what she had before she could speak to a solicitor.
What We Did
Over two and a half hours, Estora worked through the boxes category by category. Documents were sorted into property, financial, insurance, personal, and outstanding-action groups. Each group was labelled and placed in a separate folder with a brief note on its contents.
The Outcome
The client left with a clear written summary, four labelled folders, and a short list of items to raise with a solicitor. She described the session as the first time she had felt in control of the process since her mother's passing.
"It sounds simple, but knowing where everything was made the next steps feel possible rather than overwhelming."

A Retirement-Age Couple Preparing Their Household Records
The Situation
A couple in their late 60s with two adult children wanted their records — including property in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, savings, insurance, and personal wishes — to be clearly organised so their children would not face confusion later. Neither had started this process before.
What We Did
The Family Records Programme ran across five sessions over eight weeks. We organised all household documents, conducted a Wishes Recording session for both partners, and produced a comprehensive written summary with clear signposting to a notary for the documents that required formal action.
The Outcome
The household left with a fully organised records system and a written summary both partners felt reflected their intentions accurately. Both adult children attended the final review session and reported feeling reassured about what was in place.
"We've been talking about doing this for years. Working with Estora made it feel manageable — and now it's done."
